Effective June 1, 2012

Payment must be made in full prior to shipment.

To avoid any delays in you order, please provide credit card information at the time the order is placed.

Any order over $2000.00 will require a 50% deposit when the order is placed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and checks.

Our typical production time is 2 weeks, although some custom items may require more time. If you need them faster than our normal 2 week production time, please give us a call and we will make every effort to meet your delivery requirement.

While we stock many items, if we do not have the items in stock and you need the items faster than normal production times, we will invoice you for expedited shipping charges from our supplier.

Transit Time:

We normally ship via UPS and the following guidline should be used for pre-order shipping estimates. Times shown are business days.

West Coast: 3 Days
New England: 5 Days
Washington, DC up to NYC: 3 Days
VA, NC, SC, GA: 4 Days
West Gulf States: 3 Days (Dallas Area 2 Days)
East Gulf States: 4 Days
Central US: 3-4 Days
Hawaii: 5 Days
Caribbean: 3 Days

Once your order is received, the following production process will begin. It is our goal to keep you informed of your order status every step of the way.

Receipt of Order
1. Confirmation including due date.
2. Price for the order including estimated shipping.
3. Proofs for each item ordered (within 72 hours of order).

Approval / Changes Required of Proofs
1. If changes are required, they will be done with revisions resubmitted for approval unless waived by customer.
2. Acknowledgment of approval.
3. Date order will be shipped.

When Order is Shipped
1. Shipping company tracking number (normally UPS).
2. Date of guaranteed delivery.
3. Copy of paid invoice for your records.
